ABOUT ORDERS
Orders must be placed on the website, using the internet.
After placing the order on the website, an email is automatically sent by the system to inform the customer about the purchase made.
The product (s), date and time of delivery contained in the automatic email need to be confirmed by our attendants, which may change depending on the circumstances.
Orders that undergo any changes in relation to automatic e-mail must be confirmed by the customer in order to be sent.
The official order confirmation will be sent by our attendants during office hours.
Purchase COMPLETION
Purchase is considered completed at the time of delivery. However, we can contact you by email or phone to inquire about the related order.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders can be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. After the order has been sent, it will not be possible to cancel it.
Orders with questionable, incomplete or suspicious data may be canceled without prior notice.
PRODUCT CANCELLATION
After receiving the order, we check the stock before confirming it.
Even though the sale is on the website, there is the possibility of the product being canceled from the order due to lack of stock, publication error or defect.
ABOUT PRICES
Prices are announced on the product page, in Japanese yen.
The 10% tax (Shohizei) is already included.
ABOUT THE PAYMENT
Payment must be made on delivery of the product, directly to Takyubin, only in cash.
ABOUT DELIVERY
Delivery is possible for the entire Japanese territory, through the carrier Kuroneko Yamato. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier.
In case of damage to the product or packaging due to transport, the carrier is responsible, but the communication must be made to MYPROTEX.
ABOUT THE DATE AND TIME OF DELIVERY
The date and time of delivery is the customer's choice, in the shopping cart.
RESERVATION OF ORDERS
We reserve orders up to 10 days, subject to a confirmed delivery date and time.
To reserve orders, write in the message field when placing the order, or contact us by email or phone shortly after completing the order.
Orders that are not informed to book will be sent as normal.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
Customers who cancel orders at the time of delivery, will only be able to place new orders upon payment in advance, including the roundtrip freight of the canceled order.
